We specialize in improving your relationship with your computer. From virus removal to general clean up to data recovery and general troubleshooting, we are here to help you become more comfortable and more efficient in your computer use. We also do training on a number of levels, so being "computer illiterate" is no longer a terminal illness. We offer onsite repair and service to our local customers and we do remote repair by phone and/or remote internet connection for our clients in other locations. When connected remotely, our CompTIA A+ Certified technician can see your screen and interact with your computer as if he were there in person.
Most everything we do is billed at $65/hr. Remote clients are billed in 15 minute increments. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, and in most cases we can resolve the issue in one appointment, email the invoice, charge the card, and have you up and running right then.
