Over here there is the AFN Network available.
You rent the box from the PX, it runs $20 a month, and they bill it right to your Star Card. Or you can buy it for $300 and not pay the monthly fee. This box allows you access to the AFN Network. There is variety of shows and movies available. Look at the link and you can even search for your favorite shows to see if they are playing.
You will need a satellite to pick up the signal. We just called our realtor and he set up the appointment for us. The price of the dish and the install ran us about 290000 WAN. It's a one time fee and no monthly charges.
If anyone else has done anything different let me know and I will get the word out. So far this seems to be the only option.
