Shopping Suggestions - Things to bring

If you like to shop in stores like Trader Joe's or Whole Foods then stock up on the specialty items that you enjoy and ship them with your HHG, or unacompanied baggage.
Some things that I have not found in Korea at all are different grains, such as Quinoa, and whole wheat pastry flour for instance. Also to my surprise I have not been able to find any vegetable stock in any form. You will find whole wheat flour and things like wheat germ, but that is about it.
What I do to get the supplies I want is I order my things on line and have them shipped to my relatives in the states and they pack them up and mail them to me.
Another thing, unless you get an American size stove/oven you will need 1/4 sheet pans. Full sheet and 1/2 sheets won't fit in most of the ovens. I have seen these for sale over here at Homeplus but they run about $15 us dollars each. So if you bake and you know what I am talking about bring the small pans and leave your big ones in storage.
However you will find some wonderful produce in Korea. These are just some little suggestions.
