According to my friends the current letter dated in April regarding school age children is the final word. A lot of high school parents, in the Camp Casey area, are very upset that their children can't go to Yongsan to the highschools down there. Camp Red Cloud high schoolers still can. Please read the letter carefully.
Here is a link to the offical letter found on the 2ID web page. For those of you that are opting to home school I know that BYU has high school courses that are accredited. I will find out what my other friends are doing and will post it here as a reference.
