Orders For Family Members

Once you have command sponsorship for your family you will still need to get them orders. In Area 1, Camp Red Cloud (CRC), the service member travels without the family members. Concurrent travel is usually not authorized for this area. After you in-process at Camp Stanley, follow these steps to get travel orders for your family.

Step 1: Talk to the Housing Office at CRC.
Step 2: The housing office will give them a list of approved realtors that will help them find a suitable apartment.
Step 3: After you find an apartment you take the forms back to housing, where they will review the lease (before you sign it) and inspect the apartment you chose.
Step 4: Assuming all went well in Step 3, your request is sent to Yongsan for approval. Once it is approved they issue orders for your family.
Step 5: Once you have the orders then you sign the agreement and have a move in date.

Note: You will be loaned money for your first months rent and deposit.
