We retrieved our pets from Inchon International without a problem. They are all happily playing at their new home now. Here is how it went for us:
When you go to Inchon head to Cargo Terminal A (unless you have different information for your own pet). Inside of the cargo terminal is the Customs Building. This is where you will finalize paperwork for your pet. After this you will go to the Asiana Air building (or what ever airline your pet flew in on). Once you get there you go to the service counter and pay your storage fee. After this you go to the warehouse portion and they retrieve your pets from an inside area where they have been kept warm. After this your are on your way back home with your pets.
