Pet Documents

Please scan all of your pet documents separately into your lap top so you have access to them during the move in the event you need extra copies. Also, Asian Air Cargo has a form you need to fill out if you ship your pets with them and it needs your signature on it. If you know your pet is going Asian Air ask for the form in time to get your signature on it before you pack your scanner. Allow extra time for pet drop off. What was supposed to take me 20-minutes took almost 2-hours. Right now my cats are due to arrive in Korea today! I will let you know how they did! Good luck with your pet travels.

  1. I have successfully retrieved the cats and they are busy exploring their new home. I was even home by 9:30 p.m.! Not bad considering a drive of almost 1 1/2 hours to Incheon International Airport. We (me and Mr. Yun, who streamlined the process with connections and an associate of his - a customs broker) left at about 6 p.m. We took a toll expressway most of the way. Most tolls were only about 600W (current exchange rate is 1180W = $1.00). So pretty cheap. We got to the cargo area and spent about another 15 to 20 minutes waiting for paperwork to be finalized, the cats retrieved from theh holding area, etc. Then back on the road. And here I am! Another successful Korean excursion.
