From what I am able to find out there is not a Scouting Group up here. What you do if you have a scout is the Lone Scout Program. These are the supplies you should have if you want to help your Scout:
1. Lone Scout Friend and Counselor Guidebook No. 14-420
2. Scoutmaster Handbook No. 33009B
3. Boy Scout Requirements No. 33215E
4. Lone Scout Emblem No. 00352A
5. Lone Scout Neckerchief No. 00703A
6. Korea District, Far East Council Patch.
